Your First Visit

An initial assessment will take up to an hour during which time a comprehensive history of the problem will be discussed including factors such as whether it is affected by movement, position or activity, its 24 hour behaviour and any relevant previous medical history. This is followed by a physical evaluation including Orthopaedic and movement testing to provide a diagnosis. An explanation of the nature of the problem will culminate in an individual treatment and management programme based on your specific needs.

Treatment will normally be initiated at this stage. Follow up treatment sessions are normally 30 mins.
