a combined approach
We often use a combined approach of different treatments to suit your individual needs. Appropriate treatment for your problem will be discussed with you prior to formulating a treatment plan.
Sports Physio
Our clinic is set within Cre8 Fitness, a state of the art functional gymnasium. This is where our rehabilitation of athletes of all levels and sports take place.
Analysis of many different movements including Olympic Weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics and running are carried out in the clinic with the premise of correcting faulty movement patterns that may be the underlying problem.
Principal physiotherapist Joseph O’Connor has combined over 20 years of clinical experience with a passion for all aspects of training, including HIIT, Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, running and swimming. This unique combination of clinical experience combined with an inherent understanding of these disciplines places Joseph in a position where he can combine short term treatment with long term solutions.
We have a rig with squat racks, Olympic weights and bars, kettlebells, jump boxes and Concept2 Rowing machines so regardless of your type of training we can identify the source of your problem and devise a rehabilitation protocol to suit your needs.
